Dreamforce Video Coverage in San Francisco
One Price, Agreed Upfront
Your quote includes revisions, music licensing and graphics. It's a final number, not a starting figure.
Cut While You're Still in Town
Rush delivery in three days from the event. Two weeks if you're not in a hurry. Social clips can go out the same day.
We Work Inside the Venue Rules
Booth footprint only, battery power, nothing set up in an aisle. We plan the shoot around what Moscone allows.
Peakbound Studio provides video coverage for companies exhibiting, speaking and hosting events at Dreamforce in San Francisco. We film booth interviews, customer testimonials, executive interviews and off-site dinners and receptions during Dreamforce week, working within Moscone Center's rules for outside crews. Most projects run between $5,000 and $30,000, with rush delivery available in three days from the event. Dreamforce 2026 runs September 15 to 17 at Moscone Center.
Dreamforce week fills up fast.
So do the crews in this city.
How we work at Dreamforce.
1. We plan around your booth schedule.
Your team is working the floor. We build the shot list around your quiet windows, your customer meetings, and your demo times, so filming doesn't cost you conversations.
3. Camera-shy? Most people are.
Almost nobody is comfortable on camera at first, especially at a trade show with noise on every side. Our setup gets people talking like themselves instead of performing. Usually by the third question, they've forgotten the camera is there.
2. We travel light on the floor.
Battery power, no cables in walkways, nothing set up outside your footprint. A small crew that doesn't take up valuable space.
4. One team from start to finish.
The person who runs your first call is the person on the floor and the person cutting the edit. Nothing gets handed off to a stranger halfway through.
Work that holds up.

What we cover at Dreamforce.
Executive and speaker interviews.
Available for filming across the San Francisco Bay Area. Otherwise a travel fee may apple.
Customer testimonials
Your customers are all in one city for three days. That doesn't happen again all year. Filming two or three customer testimonials at Dreamforce costs a fraction of flying to each of them separately. Learn more about customer testimonial videos.
What can a video crew actually film at Dreamforce?
Your own space, and everything happening around it that you control. Here's what companies bring us in for.
Booth interviews. Short conversations with the people stopping by. They came to your booth for a reason, which makes them the most qualified interviews you'll get all week.
Product demos
Off-site events
Social cut-downs
Event recap
Scripted, tight, filmed at your booth with your actual demo running.
Partner parties, customer dinners, happy hours. No Moscone restrictions apply, so this is where we bring proper lighting and take our time.
Vertical clips for LinkedIn while the show is still running. See more about social media video.
The two-minute piece that makes next year's budget conversation easier.
Executive and speaker interviews
If your CEO is speaking, we can't film the session. We can film them covering the same material in your booth or somewhere quiet nearby, which is usually more useful anyway, because it's shot properly and it's yours to keep.
Are all Dreamforce sessions recorded?
No. Only a limited set get posted on demand.
Dreamforce runs more than 1,600 sessions across three halls at Moscone Center, on top of the hands-on trainings and community roundtables. Salesforce+ streams the major keynotes live and posts a small, curated slice afterward. Salesforce's own event FAQ describes it as a limited number of episodes.
1,600+ sessions / 150+ hands-on trainings / 240+ community roundtables
For almost everything else, you get an AI-written recap, usually posted within a day. Fine if you want the main points. It won't give you footage.
Booth conversations don't make it in either. Neither do partner panels, sponsor talks, roundtables, or the moment your CEO shakes a customer's hand on the floor.
If nobody points a camera at it while it happens, it doesn't exist afterward.
Can you film at Dreamforce yourself?
Only inside your own booth, and with additional restrictions. Moscone Center restricts outside crews, and that includes your own team's phone, to your contracted booth footprint or a designated media area.
Not allowed
Not allowed
What you can and can’t do
Record a full keynote, breakout, seminar, or panel.
Not allowed
Set up gear in a walkway or aisle, even for a quick shot.
Tap into house sound for a session recording. That runs through union A/V, not a personal camera.
So filming it yourself is possible. It's just narrower than people expect, and handheld phone footage with show-floor noise behind it rarely turns into something you'd send a client.
What about off-site events during Dreamforce week?
No restrictions at all.
A private dinner, a partner reception, or a happy hour near Moscone during Dreamforce week isn't covered by any of the rules above. That means proper lighting, multiple angles, and enough time to get the story right.
The conversations that move deals forward happen at dinner more often than they happen on a stage.
Limited clips
We can capture short clips from keynotes, seminars, or presentations where permitted, but we cannot record the full speech or session from start to finish.

Allowed
Film inside your own booth footprint, use battery power, and keep all equipment out of the aisle.

What affects the price
A two-person crew for booth interviews costs less than a full lighting and sound team for an evening reception.
Deliverables
One recap film costs less than a recap plus eight social cuts. Those cuts cost far less than shooting them separately later.
Rush delivery during the show costs more than a standard edit because it may require an editor to work overnight rather than the following week.
Possible extra costs
Graphics, music licensing, and two rounds of revisions are already included.
Advanced motion graphics and revisions beyond the second round can increase the price.

Rush turnaround matters more at a conference than almost anywhere else. A clip posted while the event is still happening can get far more attention than the same clip released three weeks later.
What do you do with the footage after the show?
This is the part most companies underuse.
Three days of filming produce far more than one recap video. The same material usually becomes a set of customer testimonials for the website, a stack of vertical clips for LinkedIn, a landing page video for the campaign that follows the show, and b-roll you'll still be using next year.
That's why we'd rather plan the deliverables before we arrive than work out afterward what the footage can become. A shot list built around what you need in November produces better September footage.
More on how we plan that: video strategy. Learn more about video strategy.
Days on the ground
One day at your booth costs less than three days covering the booth, a dinner, and a block of customer testimonials.

Typical project range
Most projects run between $5,000 and $30,000.

No. We're a San Francisco and Bay Area video production company covering conferences, launches, and corporate events year-round. Dreamforce is just the one we get asked about most. [link: /video-production-company-in-san-francisco]Only a limited set get posted on demand. Most of the 1,600 or so sessions get an AI-written recap instead of an actual video.
-
You arrange it yourself. Show organizers cover their own stage content, not exhibitor booths, so any footage of your space comes from a crew you bring in. At Moscone, that crew works inside your contracted booth footprint.
-
Not officially through Salesforce, and an outside crew can’t film the full session itself because that content belongs to Salesforce. But we can capture short clips and film your speaker before or after the session, covering the same key points in your booth or somewhere quiet nearby.
-
Yes, and it's often the best footage of the week. Off-site events during Dreamforce week aren't covered by Moscone's rules, so we can light it properly and take our time.

Most projects run between $5,000 and $30,000, depending on days on the ground, crew size, how many finished videos you need, and whether you want rush delivery. Graphics, music licensing and two rounds of revisions are included.
-
Call us anyway. We're based in Oakland, twenty minutes from Moscone, so we don't need travel lead time. Late bookings depend on crew availability that week, and that gets tight, but a short call will tell you in five minutes whether we can cover you.
-
Two to three months out is comfortable. Booking early also means we can plan the shot list around your goals rather than improvising on the floor.
-
Not inside your own booth. Moscone handles the venue side, and your booth contract covers your footprint. If you want to film on the street outside or anywhere on public property, that needs a Film SF permit, submitted at least seven business days ahead. We handle that.
-
Yes. If you're running a client's Dreamforce presence, we can work behind the scenes or as an extension of your team on the floor. Whichever suits the relationship.
