Total cost varies based on project, scripting, concept, locations, shoot days needed, editing, final length, narration, etc. Our minimum project amount is $1,500, this would consist of a 1-2 min video on one shoot day with a standard turnaround time.

This depends on the size and scope of your project but for most videos 4-6 weeks from initial meeting to receiving the final version is typical. Projects can be expedited to as little as 3 weeks, however this will add to project cost.

Yes. Many of our clients start with a one-off project and then move into recurring content packages, for example, quarterly patient stories or monthly social media videos.

Yes. Before every project, we first determine whether your practice and filming scenario require HIPAA-compliant procedures. If they do, we follow strict protocols — including pre-filming site checks, signed HIPAA video release forms, and encrypted file storage. If HIPAA does not apply (for example, in wellness settings like acupuncture or nutrition), we still use professional consent and privacy practices to protect everyone involved.

We do our best to understand the full scope of your project, and this is reflected in our contract. Major changes to the production process after the contract is signed may impact the final cost. We reach out to ensure the cost and timeline work for you before any changes are made.
